Program Descriptor: Habit forming techniques and compound strength movements. Expect 12 weeks of progressive phases of training with a focus on form and control to build the foundations until you are ready for REFINEMENT.

Advanced Foundation. Continue to increase strength and muscle. Expect higher volumes of reps and increased pump as you build muscular endurance and refine your physique.
